Jerry Marshall

Jerry Dean Marshall, 84, beloved husband, father, brother, and grandpa, passed away Wednesday evening March 22nd, 2023 after a brief illness. Jerry was born in Cambridge City, Indiana on May 9th, 1938, and was raised on Maple Street.

His most rewarding profession was becoming a funeral director. He graduated from the Indiana College of Mortuary Science in 1967 and received the Frigid Fluid Award for outstanding scholarship and leadership qualities.  Jerry began his funeral service career at Fisher Mortuary in Cambridge City.  In 1971, he purchased the Doll Funeral Home in Dublin; now named Marshall and Erlewein Funeral Home.
