Dr. Charles R. French

July 1, 1950 - August 6, 2021

Dr. Charles R. French, MD, CFSP, 71 of Brazil passed away August 6, 2021, at 11:53 am at St. Vincent Clay Hospital emergency room. He was born July 1, 1950, in Brazil, IN, the son of Don H. French and Katherine (McAllister) French. 

Dr. French holds a funeral director license in Indiana and Illinois, and owned French Funeral Home in Brazil, IN.

He served as a District Director for the Indiana Funeral Directors Association and then later became the President of IFDA in 2007-2008. He currently served IFDA as the Chairman of the Ethics Committee. He also is an Isaac Ball Fellow, which supports funeral service education.
