John Thomas “JT” Sparks, 69, Indianapolis, Indiana, died Sunday, February 6, 2022 at Community Hospital South, Indianapolis, Indiana. JT was born on June 5, 1952 in Bloomington, Indiana, the son of the late Fred C. and Kathryn L. (Bennett) Sparks.

John is the brother of Kathy Deremiah and brother-in-law to Ron Deremiah; Ron is IFDA Past President and a Funeral Director at The Funeral Chapel in Bloomington, IN.
